TCGHaven is an online webshop based in the Netherlands, specializing in trading card game (TCG) products, collectibles, pre‑orders, and on‑demand items.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you:

are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian
have read and agree to these Terms of Service
agree to be bound by all referenced policy pages

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The version published on the website at the time of use applies.

2. Products & Availability

All products are offered subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

limit quantities per customer
cancel or refuse orders at our discretion

3. Orders & Acceptance

An order is only considered accepted once:

payment has been successfully completed, and
the order has been confirmed by TCGHaven

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, errors, or stock issues.

4. On‑Demand Products

Some products are sold as on‑demand items.

By purchasing an on‑demand product, you acknowledge that:

the product is sourced specifically for you after purchase
processing and shipping times are longer
the product may be excluded from cancellation or withdrawal rights, where legally permitted

5. Pre‑Orders

Some products are sold as pre‑orders.

By placing a pre‑order, you agree that:

release dates are estimates and may change
fulfillment depends on distributor allocation
pre‑orders constitute a binding purchase agreement

If allocations are reduced, orders are fulfilled in purchase order sequence.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to:

change prices at any time
correct pricing or listing errors

Orders are processed only after full payment has been successfully received.

7. Shipping & Insurance

Shipping is handled exclusively via PostNL.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
TCGHaven is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, suppliers, or force majeure.

All shipments are insured up to €500 by default.
Our liability for loss is strictly limited to the insured amount, as further detailed in our Shipping & Insurance Policy.

8. Returns & Cancellations

Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days, unless a legal exception applies.

Important:

opened or unsealed TCG products may be refused or refunded partially due to diminished value
on‑demand and pre‑order products may be excluded from cancellation or withdrawal rights
return requests require prior approval

All return conditions are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

TCGHaven is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the product concerned, or the insured shipment value where applicable
