Cancellation Policy – Purchase Options
Some products or purchase options offered in our store may be available as subscriptions, pre‑orders, on‑demand products, or trial‑based purchases. This Cancellation Policy explains how these purchase types can be modified or cancelled, where applicable.
This policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.
1. Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and delivery frequency selected at checkout.
- Payment details are stored securely and charged automatically for each delivery, unless the subscription is paid in full upfront
- Some subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the selected term
- You are responsible for managing your subscription
You may cancel or modify an active subscription at any time using the management link provided in your order confirmation emails or customer account, unless otherwise stated for a specific subscription.
Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for already processed or shipped deliveries.

2. On‑Demand Products
Some products are offered as on‑demand items. These products are not held in stock and are sourced specifically from our distributor after your order has been placed and paid.
By purchasing an on‑demand product, you acknowledge and agree that:
- the product is ordered specifically for you
- processing and delivery take longer than standard in‑stock items
- the product may be excluded from cancellation or withdrawal rights, where legally permitted
Once an on‑demand order has been placed, cancellation is not guaranteed and may be refused due to the nature of the product being sourced specifically for the customer.
Any applicable returns are governed strictly by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
3. Pre‑Orders
When you place a pre‑order, you purchase a product that is not yet in stock or has not yet been released.
By placing a pre‑order, you acknowledge that:
- release dates are estimates and subject to change
- fulfillment depends on distributor allocation
- pre‑orders constitute a binding purchase agreement
Pre‑orders:
- cannot be cancelled before the official release date
- may only be cancelled after release, and only if the product has not yet been shipped or processed for shipment
Once a pre‑order has been shipped or prepared for shipment, cancellation is no longer possible.
Price changes, delays, or allocation changes do not automatically entitle the customer to cancellation or compensation.

5. General Notes on Cancellations
- Cancellation requests must always be submitted by email to: info@tcghaven.nl
- Approval is not guaranteed and depends on the product type and order status
- Orders that have already been processed, shipped, or sourced specifically for the customer may not be cancelled
