Shipping Summary
- All orders are shipped via PostNL only
- In‑stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- On‑demand products may require up to 10 business days before shipment
- Pre‑orders are shipped from the official release date (with possible delays)
- All shipments are insured up to €500 by default
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
1. Shipping Partner
TCGHaven ships exclusively via PostNL.
No alternative carriers are offered.
2. Processing Time – In‑Stock Orders
In‑stock products are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after full payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
During product launches, release weeks, or busy periods, processing times may be longer.
3. On‑Demand Products
Some products available in our webshop are offered as on‑demand items.
On‑demand products:
- are not held in stock
- are sourced directly from our distributor after your order is placed and paid
- are ordered specifically for you
This allows us to:
- offer more competitive pricing
- limit unnecessary stock holding
- provide a wider and more flexible product range
Because on‑demand products are sourced after purchase:
- processing and shipping take longer than standard in‑stock items
- shipment may take up to 10 business days
- a minimum processing period of 5 business days applies before shipment
4. Delivery Time – The Netherlands
After dispatch, estimated delivery time within the Netherlands is 1–3 business days.
These are estimates only. Delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, peak periods, or other circumstances beyond our control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.
5. International Shipping
International orders are shipped via PostNL and handed over to local carriers in the destination country.
Final delivery times depend entirely on the local carrier and customs processing and are outside our control.
6. Pre‑Orders – Shipping & Availability
Pre‑orders are shipped from the official release date.
Due to distribution logistics, transport capacity, and allocation processes, shipment may occur from the release date up to a maximum of three (3) weeks thereafter.
Please note:
- release dates are estimates and may change
- distributor allocations can be reduced or delayed
- orders are fulfilled in purchase order sequence
Delays do not automatically entitle the customer to cancellation, refund, or compensation.
7. Combined & Split Orders
If an order contains a mix of in‑stock, on‑demand, and/or pre‑order products:
- we may hold the order until all items are available to ship together, or
- we may split the order into multiple shipments if required
The decision to combine or split shipments lies solely with TCGHaven.
8. Track & Trace
Where available, a track & trace code is provided by email once the order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address.
9. Incorrect Address Details
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address.
If an incorrect or incomplete address results in:
- delivery failure
- return to sender
- delay
- additional shipping costs
we reserve the right to:
- charge additional shipping fees before resending
- deduct costs from any applicable refund
10. Shipment Insurance & Liability for Loss
All shipments are insured by default up to a maximum value of €500 per shipment.
In the event a shipment is confirmed as lost by the carrier:
- €500 is the maximum amount we can compensate
- this amount represents the full and final compensation, regardless of the total order value
No additional reimbursement, replacement, or compensation is possible beyond the insured amount.
11. High‑Value Shipments & Additional Insurance
For higher‑value orders, TCGHaven may contact the customer prior to shipment to offer increased insurance coverage.
Please note:
- additional insurance is optional
- higher coverage is subject to an additional fee, based on shipment value
- insurance is only increased after explicit agreement and payment
If additional insurance is declined, the shipment remains insured up to €500 only, which will be the maximum compensation in case of loss.
12. Liability for Delays
TCGHaven is not liable for delays caused by:
- shipping carriers
- customs authorities
- suppliers or distributors
- force majeure or circumstances beyond our control
All delivery timeframes and release dates are estimates only, not guaranteed deadlines.
13. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is refused at delivery or not collected in time and returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct:
- return shipping costs
- handling fees
- re‑shipment costs
from any refund, where legally permitted.
Pre‑Order Policy – Binding Purchase Agreement
Reservation & Procurement
All pre‑orders are purchased specifically in the customer’s name from our suppliers.
By placing a pre‑order, the customer enters into a binding purchase agreement.
Full Advance Payment
All pre‑orders must be paid in full upfront.
We do not reserve or allocate products without payment.
Release Dates
Release dates are provided by suppliers and are indicative only.
Changes or delays do not automatically entitle the customer to cancellation or compensation.
Cancellation
Pre‑orders:
- cannot be cancelled before the official release date
- may only be cancelled after release, and only if the product has not yet been shipped
Once a pre‑order is shipped or processed for shipment, cancellation is no longer possible.
Price Changes
Price increases or decreases after placing a pre‑order do not entitle the customer to:
- cancellation
- refunds
- price adjustments
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute for a valid pre‑order is considered a breach of contract.
In such cases, TCGHaven reserves the right to:
- claim the outstanding amount
- charge administrative and collection fees
- refuse future orders
