Returns & Refund Policy – TCGHaven

At TCGHaven, we strive to deliver every order accurately and securely. Please review the policy below carefully before placing an order.

Right of Withdrawal (EU – 14 Days)

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without stating a reason.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

The right of withdrawal only applies if the product meets the return conditions outlined below.

How to Request a Return

All returns must be requested in advance by email:

Please include:

• your order number
• your full name
• the product you wish to return

Returns are only accepted after approval.
Any items returned without prior contact or approval will not be accepted.

The return address will be provided only after your return request has been approved.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• the item must be unused and undamaged
• the item must be complete
• the item should, where reasonably possible, be returned in its original packaging
• the item must be packaged carefully to prevent damage during return shipment

You may only handle a product to the extent necessary to assess its nature and characteristics, as you would in a physical store.

If a product has been handled beyond what is necessary, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a reduction to the refund to reflect any loss in value.

Sealed TCG Products

TCGHaven primarily sells sealed collectible trading card products, including but not limited to:

• booster packs
• booster boxes
• tins
• blisters
• collection boxes

Opening or breaking the seal of these products significantly reduces their value.

Therefore:

• opened or unsealed TCG products are not eligible for a full refund
• the return may be refused or only partially refunded due to diminished value
• this does not apply if the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect

Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned, insofar as permitted by law:

• opened sealed TCG products
• customized or made‑to‑order products
• items excluded from the right of withdrawal by law
• gift cards

If a product is excluded from return, this will be stated where applicable on the product page.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

• your order number
• clear photos of:
  • the product
  • the packaging
  • any visible damage

We will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your legal warranty rights.

Return Shipping & Risk

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:
  • the item is defective
  • the item was damaged upon arrival
  • an incorrect item was delivered
• Returned items are sent at the sender’s risk until received by us

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

If approved:

• refunds are issued to the original payment method
• refunds are processed within 14 days, in compliance with EU law
• we may withhold the refund until:
  • the return has been received, or
  • proof of return shipment has been provided

Any reduction in value due to handling or opening of the product may be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, you may return the original product (after approval) and place a new order separately.
