At TCGHaven, we want to ensure full transparency regarding our pre-order process. Please read the following terms carefully before placing a pre-order.

1. Orders are final

All pre-orders are final. We do not accept cancellations or returns on pre-ordered items once the order has been placed.

2. Estimated delivery dates

Delivery dates provided at the time of purchase are estimates only. Delays may occur due to supplier or distributor circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any significant delays as soon as possible.

3. Supplier allocation

In rare cases, orders may need to be adjusted or cancelled due to limited supplier allocation. If this occurs, affected customers will be notified and fully refunded.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on standard rates. If actual shipping costs exceed the standard rate, we reserve the right to recalculate and charge the difference prior to shipment.

5. Price guarantee

Your purchase price is locked in at the time of ordering. We will never charge more than the agreed price, even if market prices increase before delivery.
