Return & Withdrawal Policy

We aim to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and obligations regarding returns and cancellations, in accordance with applicable EU consumer laws.

 

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within this period via email at info@tcghaven.nl.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

You will receive a full refund of all payments made, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

Please note:
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
  • Refunds may be reduced if the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning

2. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

a. Sealed Trading Card Game (TCG) Products

  • Sealed products (such as One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and other TCG items) are excluded from return once unsealed
  • If the seal is broken, the right of withdrawal is forfeited
  • This is due to the nature of the product, where contents cannot be verified after opening

b. Figures and Collectibles

  • These products are only eligible for return if they are unused and in unopened, undamaged original packaging
  • Opened or damaged packaging invalidates the right of return

 

3. Condition of Returned Goods

Returned items must:

  • Be in their original condition
  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Be adequately packaged to prevent damage during return shipping

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

 

4. Return Procedure

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify us of your return via info@tcghaven.nl
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Securely package the item to prevent damage
  4. Send the return to the address provided below
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within the legal timeframe
